Return requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition in which it was received
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order details
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and hair-care products cannot be returned.
The following may also be non-returnable:
Products purchased on sale or clearance
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Products returned without their original packaging
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After review, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds may be issued through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or another available method.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable.
